Fusion Lifestyle has partnered up with Everyone Health and Southend Borough Council to bring you a new wellbeing scheme in Southend-On-Sea. 

We all know physical activity can helps us all lead to a healthier and happier life, irrespective of age! Even relatively small increases in physical activity are associated with some protection against chronic disease and improved quality of life.

Our Exercise Referral Scheme provides a safe, supervised and enjoyable introduction to physical activity within a controlled environment. It gives people who are not regularly active or who have a health problem the opportunity to improve their health and well-being, regardless of age, ability or experience. For more information please contact exref-southend@fusion-lifestyle.com

Who is the scheme for?

Anyone over the age of 16 and live or work in Southend that currently:

- Is physically inactive

- Has an existing health condition

- Has risk factors for health conditions (e.g overweight, high blood pressure etc)

What does the scheme involve?

It includes a mix of gym, studio classes and swimming. More activites will be added as the classes fill up.

How do I sign up to the scheme?

3 simple steps to start the well-being programme:

1. Click here and fill in the referral form, or phone us on 0333 005 0095.

2. Our instructor will contact you to complete the pre-screening and to set up your account which will allow you to book sessions

3. Once you receive your account details, you'll be able to set a password and start booking swimming or GP referral classes.

How much will it cost?

The GP referral membership offers a huge discount, priced at just £19.99 per month for the first 12 months. After 12 months your membership will automatically go up to the current concessions price (currently £28.88 per month)

If you would rather opt for the pay as you go option, activities are priced at £4.65 per activity.
