We wanted to let you know as soon as possible about the difficult situation some of our centre teams are currently facing, due to high levels of NHS app 'pings', this means that several colleagues are having to self-isolate and follow government guidelines. To try and avoid service disruption we have implemented several measures to mitigate the impact as much as possible on you. Where possible, we are bringing in extra available staff and utilising senior management for shift cover.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the 'pingdemic', we often get extremely short notice for staff unable to attend work, and this may result in a need to close, or partially close the centre. If such occurrences arise, we will communicate immediately to you via social media, website, mobile app and calls direct to immediate bookers. Make sure you are following the pages to view these updates.
We are however hopeful that we can minimise any disruption so please remember bookings for all centres can be made up to seven days in advance via the Fusion Lifestyle app which you can download here, or click here to find your local centre or register and use the booking facility.
