20-20-20
Three workouts in one! This class is designed to give you the ultimate challenge and total body workout.  Power through 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of stretching and core work.

Aerobics
A combination of high and low impact exercises providing a great cardio workout to maximise fat burn.

Aqua Aerobics
An aerobic workout without traumatic impact on the joints. Results include increased muscular tone, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming experience is required.

Aqua Antenatal
Aqua exercises are specifically designed to support your body during your pregnancy. 

Aqua Jog
Go against the tide with this water-based aerobic session that gives you a resistance-based workout.  Participants must be confident in deep water.

Aqua Zumba®
Splash your way into shape with an invigorating low-impact aquatic exercise. Known as the Zumba® "pool party," the Aqua Zumba program gives new meaning to the idea of a refreshing workout. Integrating the Zumba philosophy with traditional aquatic fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba® blends it all together into a workout that's cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief.

Looking for fast results? Then this unique blend of interval bodyweight training is for you.  Burn calories and improve your fitness with this results-based variable intensity training.

Athletics Blast
A cross-training workout that combines movements from various sports, boot camp drills, martial arts and muscle conditioning to improve cardio and muscular endurance and agility.

Belly Dancing
Belly Dancing is both an exotic form of dance and a great way to exercise.  Learn an ancient art as you sculpt and tone your body.  These classes are open to women over 14 years old of any ability.

Block Fit
Cardio and Dance based class with the infamous Chico "Its Chico Time" combination of dance, combat, Pilates and high-intensity interval training.

Body Blast
Body Blast - A high energy aerobic class for those who have the heart and lungs, muscle strength, balance and require a more challenging workout. A dynamic fast-paced workout to increase cardiovascular endurance.

BODYCOMBAT™
Whether at home or in the gym, BODYCOMBAT™ is the empowering group fitness cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by mixed martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. 

Body Conditioning
A fun-filled workout that uses aerobic movements to lift your heart rate and burn calories. Uses hand weights to tone and sculpt the body.

BODYATTACK™
BODYATTACK™ is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. 

BODYBALANCE™
BODYBALANCE™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. 

BODYJAM™
BODYJAM™ is the cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance styles and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as on breaking a sweat.  So grab a friend, get front and centre, and get high on the feeling of dance. 

BODYPUMP™
BODYPUMP™, the original barbell class, will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you'll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.

BODYSTEP™
BODYSTEP™ is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body. 

Bokwa®

Bokwa® is a new and completely different approach to group exercise that is rapidly spreading across the globe. Bokwa® participants draw letters and numbers with their feet while performing an energizing and addictive cardio workout routine. 

Booiaka
Fitness dance workout that embraces all types of music entertainment and dance.

Boot Camp
Push yourself further with this total-body workout which mixes traditional drills and bodyweight exercises with interval and strength training.  A great fat burner powered by motivational music.

Box Fit
Challenge yourself with this high energy workout based on boxing techniques. Helps improve fitness, co-ordination, skill and timing using gloves, focus pads and boxing/kickboxing styles.

Boxercise
Boxercise is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Classes can take a variety of formats but a typical one may involve shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, kicking punchbags, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups

Buggy Bootcamp
Designed to strengthen and tone your core and improve your cardio fitness. Short bursts of power movements for your whole body.

Social walk for parents with newborn children

Capoeira
This Brazilian martial art combines elements of dance, self-defence, acrobatics and music to create graceful power-based movements.

Cardio Tennis®
Cardio Tennis is a high energy fitness activity that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full-body, calorie-burning aerobic workout.

ChaSamba® 
Live it, Love it, Dance it! Chasamba Fitness is a partner-free dance class using popular steps from the world of Ballroom and Latin American.

Circuit Class
An intense full-body workout that combines resistance training with aerobic exercise.  Suitable for all levels of ability.

Clubbercise Core Workout
A variety of fun yet challenging exercises to help strengthen the core muscles by targeting your abs and obliques.

CXWORX™
CXWORX™ really hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It's ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.  Combines the best of personal training with the energy of a group fitness class. 

Dance Fitness
Generic dance class, covering a variety of dance genres, mixed up for a studio environment, using dance to improve fitness in a fun mash-up.

F.O.B Circuit
Functional training taken to the max in a circuit format and based on military training principles. Suitable for all levels as exercise options are always available!

Fight Klub®
Fight Klub is the new combat inspired fitness phenomenon taking the UK by storm! The workout involves punching and kicking a free-standing punch bag to motivational, highly energetic strongly motivational music. Fight Klub workouts are fun, effective, easy to follow and suitable for all levels of fitness.

Fit Steps®
Love to dance?  Based around the Jive, Cha Cha, Samba, Tango, Waltz and Quickstep, this class breaks down the core steps into easily learnable sections whilst delivering a fun yet effective workout.  Suitable for everyone, even those with two left feet!

Float Fit
The Floatfit® either a 30 minute HIIT workout including burpees, lunges, squats, aqua climbers, v-sits.... all on water! This low impact, cross training class gives you a fun full-body workout! Or a 30 minute Yoga class working on balance, core stability and flexibility. Incorporating isometric exercises like v-sits and plyometric exercises like burpees and stretching - come on down and have a go.

Functional Fit
Functional training generally delivered on the gym floor in a high-intensity interval training format plus the inclusion of core conditioning exercises

GRIT™ CARDIO
GRIT™ CARDIO is a high-impact cardio workout, designed to burn fat and rapidly improve athletic capability.  This explosive, training session combines high impact bodyweight exercises and uses no equipment. GRIT™ CARDIO provides the challenge and intensity you need to take your training up a notch and really get results.

GRIT™ PLYO
GRIT™ PLYO is an intense plyometric-based workout that gets results fast! Combining the principles of plyometrics and power agility training, these training sessions on a bench will build a powerful, agile and athletic body. 

GRIT™ STRENGTH
Using weight plates and the bench, GRIT™STRENGTH is an intense 30-minute team training session that will blast all major muscle groups and take your training to the next level. 

Group Cycle
A great way to develop lower body tone and burn plenty of calories using pedal power.  

Hatton Boxing
Hatton Boxing is a fitness class designed to assist with weight loss, muscle tone, increased fitness and all the fun of training like a boxer without the contact!

HIIT Class
This class is not for the faint hearted but for those who want to seriously improve their fitness levels and burn calories.  It is a full-body cardio workout that includes 35 - 40 minutes of alternating short bursts of super intense work with low intensity / active recovery.

Insanity
A revolutionary cardio-based conditioning programme based on the principles of maximal effort interval training resulting in more calories burned and more efficient metabolism.

INTEN Bootcamp

Jazzercise
Express yourself using dances characterised by the use of improvisation and influenced by the rhythms of jazz music.

Ju Jitsu
This Japanese martial art and a method of unarmed combat and physical training is designed to focus and calm students whilst developing efficient defensive movements and fitness.

Judo
Derived from Ju-Jitsu this sport of unarmed combat is intended to train the body and mind.

Junior Gym
A supervised session in the gym for 12-15 year olds. 

Karate
Learn the Japanese martial art of weaponless self-defence in this class that is for all levels from beginners to black belts.

Kettlebells
The kettlebell is a cast iron weight (resembling a cannonball with a handle) used to perform ballistic exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training.

Khai Bo
A non-contact aerobic workout that combines dynamic punching and kicking from martial arts with Western boxing. This workout is easy to follow and suitable for all levels.

Kick Boxing
A group of stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, historically developed from Karate, Muay Thai, Khmer Boxing, and Western boxing. Kickboxing is practised for self-defence, general fitness, or as a contact sport.

Kinesis®
Zero-impact exercises for wellness-seekers of all levels of fitness and ability, using a combination of cables and weights to develop balance, strength and flexibility.

Konga
A wild mix of boxing, kickboxing, cardio, afro, pop, rock, Pilates and disco.

Kung Fu
A Chinese martial art designed to refine the body and mind.  Kung Fu is characterised by self-defence tactics that turn the energy of an attacker against them.

Legs, Bums & Tums
An aerobics focused class designed to tone the lower body. A mix of high/ low impact moves combined with floor work for muscle toning.

Line Dancing
Line up to learn to dance!  Get fit as you master the choreographed steps to your favourite tunes.

Metafit™
Metafit™ combines traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest interval and Tabata techniques to set the metabolism on fire!

My Ride Cycle
Each of the Myride®+ programs has its own set of features. Our Live coaching features are designed to provide instructors with every option they require to teach a physically & socially engaging class to video. Virtual coaching features allow staff & club members to create and enjoy a variety of virtually instructed workouts.

Nordic Walking

Nordic Walking is a specific fitness technique and is not to be confused with trekking, hill walking or trail running as the poles are not planted in front of the walker/runner but in a specific way that increases the use of the upper body.

Soca Aerobics
A hip gyrating, torso oscillating, bumper jumping cardiovascular workout to Caribbean music.

Step & Tone
Step up to the challenge of this variation on the traditional step class.  This easy to follow cardio and toning workout combines using a step with body conditioning exercises.

Step Aerobics
A funky hi/lo cardiovascular workout using steps. An effective way to tone the lower body.

Street Dance
Work the latest Hip Hop and House dance moves for a totally cool cardio workout.

Stretch & Tone

Kundalini Yoga
Focus on the awakening of Kundalini through meditation, pranayama breathing, the practice of asana and chanting of mantras

Postnatal Yoga
Postnatal Yoga exercises are specifically designed to support your body after giving birth to your child. 

Power Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga
