Aqua Aerobics

An aerobic low impact workout that focusses increased muscular tone, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance.

Lessons (Adult)

Our ASA accredited swimming lessons offer the opportunity for adults to learn to swim and stay water-safe whilst making friends.

Body Conditioning

A fun workout that uses aerobic movements to lift your heart rate and burn calories. Uses hand weights to tone and sculpt the body.
