Our pool programmes provide a broad range of sessions for all ages and abilities. To find out more about what's on you can browse our activities or visit our swimming timetable. *We endeavour to have all lanes open but at sometimes training or lessons may be taking place in some of the lanes available.

Lane Swimming

Fast, medium and slow lanes, fitness swimming aimed at adults.

Flume Fun

The flume is suitable for all ages. Speed down, zig, zag and splash into the water beneath!

General Swim

Our general swim session is open to people of all levels, ages and abilities.

Aqua Aerobics

An aerobic low impact workout that focusses increased muscular tone, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance.
