Pool Programme

Our pool programmes provide a broad range of sessions for all ages and abilities. To find out more about what's on you can browse our activities or visit our swimming timetable. *We endeavour to have all lanes open but at sometimes training or lessons may be taking place in some of the lanes available.


Diving Session

Come and have a go at the boards in our diving pool - open to all for this session.

Aqua Aerobics

An aerobic low impact workout that focusses increased muscular tone, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance.

General Swim

Our general swim session is open to people of all levels, ages and abilities.

Lane Swimming

Fast, medium and slow lanes, fitness swimming aimed at adults.

Water Polo

Take part in a fun, team session of Water Polo which consists of throwing, catching and shooting a ball in the pool.
