Cleveland Pools shut due to flooding

Unfortunately, last week the pools flooded again which caused further delay with our efforts to reopen. Our apologies, we know this will be disappointing for our visitors and we're all working hard to reopen the pools as soon as possible. 

We'll be sure to continue to update as soon as we know more.

Important Announcement

As you may already know, due to recent flooding in Bath, Cleveland Pools is currently closed.

Although we don't have a definite reopening date, our teams are working tirelessly on the reopening of The Pools, and are dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable experience.

We understand the frustration this will bring, and appreciate your patience during this time. We will be sure to communicate dates and any updates when we have a clearer timeframe. 

For customers who had swims scheduled during this period, we will credit you for the lost session.

Our team will be in touch with you shortly to discuss any further swim arrangements.

If your direct debit comes out on the 15th of the month, you will not be charged for the 15th January. If your direct debit comes out on the 1st of the month, you will not be charged for the 1st February. You do not have to do anything, this will happen automatically.
