A welcoming, community-focused outdoor pool, nestled in the historic market town of Shepton Mallet, Somerset. Operated by Fusion Lifestyle, the lido features a 25 metre heated main pool, a small pool, and a fun splash pad, making it ideal for fitness swimming, family time, or simply relaxing in the sunshine.
Beyond the water, you’ll find a relaxed grassed seating and picnic area, ideal for unwinding, sharing lunch with friends, or soaking up the atmosphere. Throughout the season, we also host a range of special events, including magical Moonlight Swims on full moon evenings, friendly aquathlons, and our popular end of season Dog Swim.
The lido is available for private evening hire, perfect for birthday parties and group celebrations.

Nadeem Sweiss and Adam Stephens of S&W Partners LLP were appointed as Joint Administrators of Fusion Lifestyle, the Charity that operates the Tor Sports & Fitness Centre, Shepton Lido, Strode Swimming & Fitness Centre, Wells Sports & Fitness Centre and Frome Sport & Fitness Centre, on 1 April 2026.
The leisure centres will continue operating as usual during the Administration while new operators are found.
