We are delighted to share that we are now, in partnership with Oxford City Council, offering many FREE Swimming Sessions for children and young people aged 16 and under at Barton Leisure Centre, Hinksey Heated Outdoor Pool, Ferry Leisure Centre and The Leys Pools & Leisure Centre.

Available to those who live in Oxford OX1 -OX4, these sessions vary throughout the week, to find out when they run, please refer to your local pool's swimming timetable:

How to apply

To apply for your membership, there are just a few simple steps:

1. Visit your local Fusion centre - This can either be Barton Leisure Centre, Ferry Leisure Centre, Hinksey Pool or Leys Pools & Leisure Centre.

2. Be sure to bring proof of age (passport, birth certificate). You will also need a document with proof of address to prove you are living within the Oxford postcode.

3. Account set up - The team will then set up your account and upload the proof documents.

4. Booking - Once the account is set up, this will enable you to book your swim sessions via the Fusion Lifestyle app (child must have parental consent to use the app, or parent/guardians can book for the entire family) or centre website. Alternatively, you can turn up at site and book at reception.

A free swim card is required for these sessions, to get one please speak to the reception staff. Once signed up, you can use the card at any of the pools above and on any of the advertised free swimming sessions.
