Fusion Sporting Academy provides support for talented athletes from across the UK. Launching in 2022 under our new name, the old scheme (FANs) has already helped many athletes on their journey to become a national sporting success. With access to Fusion's extensive and diverse estate of leisure centres across the country, athletes on the scheme are able to use the highest standard of facilities for their ongoing training. At Fusion we understand the demands, costs and dedication associated with trying to achieve the goals each athlete sets and as a key part of the communities within the locations we operate, we want to help. The programme works in direct partnership with each local authority we work in partnership with, the key driver being to support talented athletes to achieve.
Daniel Greaves is a discus thrower and the first British track and field athlete to win medals at six consecutive Paralympic Games. Dan uses the Fusion facilities to support his training.
