The following terms and conditions are applicable for the campaigns that are live within the Fusion managed centres:

Fusion Lifestyle reserves the right to extend or amend these T&C's at any time without notice.

Memberships

Choice Adult Single Membership:

1. The Choice membership allows unlimited access to the gym, swimming pool, group exercise classes, health suite

2. Courts can be hired for a maximum of two bookings per week of between 40 minutes and one hour in duration per booking per adult (table tennis, badminton, squash, tennis)

a. Guests must pay a guest fee

b. Guests cannot enter the centre without the member

3. 7 day advanced booking rights and online booking

4. Fast track through reception - no waiting time

5. There is a 4 hours cancellation policy on our class bookings, which will be charged at the full class rate 

6. Three stage Your Way programme with a fitness instructor

7. The Choice membership offers cross usage to all locations.  Some restrictions may apply

8. The customer must be over the age of 16 years of age to hold a Direct Debit or annual membership

9. Cancellations, freezes and amendments to the membership must be given with one clear calendar months' notice, given in writing via email at membership.administration@fusion-lifestyle.com or via your centres website, contact us page and filling out the relevant fields and selecting "Amend, add my partner/family or cancel my membership"

10. Centre rules must be adhered to at all times.

Choice Joint Membership:

1. The membership allows unlimited access for 2 adults to the gym, swimming pool, group exercise classes, health suite

a. Guests must pay a guest fee

b. Guests cannot enter the centre without the member

3. 7 day advanced booking rights and online booking

4. Both members can attend the facility at any time, they don't need to attend together.

5. Fast track through reception - no waiting time

6. There is a 4 hours cancellation policy on our class bookings, which will be charged at the full class rate

7. Three step Your-Way programme offered with a fitness instructor for each member on the joint account and regular programme reviews.

8. Fusion cross usage to allocations in the estate

9. Both members must be over the age of 16 years of age

10. Cancellations, freezes and amendments to the membership must be given with one clear calendar months' notice, given in writing via email at membership.administration@fusion-lifestyle.com or via your centres website, contact us page and filling out the relevant fields and selecting "Amend, add my partner/family or cancel my membership"

11. If one member wishes to cancel, we can amend the account to a single account with one months' notice.

Choice Member Add-On:

  1. The offer entitles an Adult Choice members to add a partner onto their membership for just an extra £20 a month
  2. The offer expired on the 28th February 2018
  3. The discounted membership will revert to the full Choice Joint rate after 2 full months have been paid  
  4. Minimum commitment to the joint membership is 6 months per membership.
  5. If one member wishes to cancel, we can amend the account to a single account with one months' notice, once the initial 6 month contract has expired.
  6. The membership allows unlimited access for 2 adults to the gym, swimming pool, group exercise classes, health suite
  7. Courts can be hired for a maximum of two booking per week of between 40 minutes and one hour in duration per booking per adult (table tennis, badminton, squash, tennis)
    1. Guests must pay a guest fee
    2. Guests cannot enter the centre without the member
  8. 7 day advanced booking rights and online booking access apply
  9. Both members can attend the facility at any time, they don't need to attend together.
  10. Both members will be given a membership card for swipe access directly into the centre.
  11. There is a 4 hours cancellation policy on our class bookings, which will be charged at the full class rate.
  12. Eligible for a three step Your-Way  induction programme offered with a fitness instructor for each member on the joint account and regular programme reviews.
  13. Both members must be over the age of 16 years of age
  14. Centre rules must be adhered to at all times.

Choice Family Membership (2+2):

1. The Family membership allows unlimited access for 2 adults to the gym, swimming pool, group exercise classes, health suite

2. Courts can be hired for two hours per week, per adult (table tennis, badminton, tennis, squash)

- Guests must pay a guest fee

- Guests cannot enter the centre without the member

3. 7 day advanced booking rights and online booking

4. The Family membership includes 1 x swim school place per child per week.

5. Unlimited casual swimming for the children

6. Unlimited access to all kids classes on our group exercise programme

7. The birthday child gets a free place with a birthday party booking. Food not included. 

8. Fast track through reception - no waiting time

9. There is a 4 hour cancellation policy on our class bookings, which will be charged at the full class rate 

10. Free Your-Way programme offered with a fitness instructor for each adult member and regular programme reviews.

11. The Choice membership offers cross usage to all locations.  Some restrictions may apply

12. Children on the membership must be 14 and under

13. Choice Family Flex (1+3):

1. The Family flex membership allows unlimited access to the gym, swimming pool, group exercise classes, health suite for 1 adult

2. Courts can be hired for two hours per week, per adult on our courts (table tennis, badminton, squash, tennis) 

- Guests must pay a guest fee

- Guests cannot enter the centre without the member

3. 7 day advanced booking rights and online booking

4. 1 x swim lesson per week per child 

5. Unlimited casual swimming for the children

6. Unlimited access to all kids classes on our group exercise programme

7. The birthday child gets a free place with a birthday party booking. Food not included. 

8. Fast track through reception - no waiting time

9. There is a 4 hour cancellation policy on our class bookings, which will be charged at the full class rate 

10. Free Your-Way programme offered with a fitness instructor for the adult member and regular programme reviews.

1. The off peak membership allows entry Monday-Friday between 9am-4pm

2. This membership allows access to the gym, swimming pool, group exercise classes and health suite but only during the hours stated above

4. Courts are not included

5. Fast track through reception - no waiting time. Between 9-4pm only.

6. There is a 4 hours cancellation policy on our class bookings, which will be charged at the full class rate 

7. Three stage Your-Way programme with a fitness instructor

8. The off peak membership offers usage to your home site only.  Some restrictions may apply

9. The customer must be over the age of 16 years of age to hold a Direct Debit or annual membership

10. 12. Golden Lane off-peak membership allows entry Monday - Friday between 9am-12pm & 2pm-5pm

Enfield Junior Membership

Members MUST be between the ages of 8 years and 15 years of age to join. Proof of eligibility may be required

Members who wish to use the gym facilities MUST be between the ages of 11 years and 15 years ONLY

Under NO circumstances will children 8 years to 10 years of age be allowed access to the gym facilities

Members between the ages of 11 years and 15 years using the gym facilities MUST complete a pre-booked gym induction prior to their first visit to the gym. Consent from a legal guardian is required and the joining process must be completed by a legal guardian

If children under the age of 11 years are using any of the facilities within the membership a parent MUST remain on site

Proof of the child´s date of birth will be required upon joining

Some activities and facilities may be age restricted. Age restrictions and activities vary from centre to centre. Normal centre, pool rules, membership and all other general terms and conditions apply

Membership provides inclusive access to swimming, relevant gym sessions, 15:30-16:45 and 16:45-18:00 weekdays and 10:00-12:00 and 12:00-14:00 weekends (age restricted), group exercise classes and sport sessions for specific ages, one off peak racquet sport activity per week and all holiday activities (age limits may be in place)

Up to 6 days advanced telephone booking or on-line booking

A health questionnaire MUST be completed prior to undertaking exercise and signed on behalf of the child by a parent or guardian

All Instructors hold a current enhanced CRB or DBS, under child protection guidelines.

Gym & Swim Membership:

1. The gym & swim membership allows unlimited access to the gym and swimming pool,

2. Courts and classes are excluded from the membership

3. Usage of any classes or courts will be charged at the normal centre rate

4. Three stage Your-Way programme with a fitness instructor

5. The gym & swim membership offers usage to the centre at which the customer joined only.  Some restrictions may apply

6. A £30 joining fee is chargeable on joining for new members

7. A £20 downgrade fee is chargeable for existing members transferring to the gym & swim

8. The customer must be over the age of 16 years of age to hold a Direct Debit or annual membership

9. Freezing Memberships

  • Max freeze period per year is 3 months in total (that could be consecutively or sporadically)
  • All freezes are £5 per membership
  • Freezes must be a full month (1st-31st) to coincide with the Direct Debit. We do not offer mid-month freezes.
  • We need one months' notice to freeze your account (unless it is medical and we are given enough notice)
  • Swim School memberships are unable to freeze
  • Family memberships can freeze but will be removed from swim school until date of return (this may result in you losing your Swim School place)

Booking & Access

Booking & Court Hire

Please note the following Terms and Conditions for Fusions court hire and on-line bookings for Members and Non Members. 

1. Paying for bookings

1.1 Non-members must pay for their chosen activity at the time of booking or the booking will automatically be cancelled. Not all memberships include unlimited use of classes or courts.  Please contact your centre for confirmation of membership entitlement

2. Booking Times

2.1 The booking time covers the period of use including up to 5 minutes setting up and up to 5 minutes clearing away of facilities relating to any booking.2.2 to ensure that everyone has a chance to use the facilities there may be restrictions on the number of bookings each person is permitted to make for each day. Please see the relevant centre home site for any restrictions that may apply.

3. Confirmation of booking/checking-in

3.1 All hirers, customers must report to reception on arrival

3.2 All on line bookings are confirmed by the issuing of a booking confirmation direct to your nominated email address

3.3 A booking confirmation will only be issued subject to receipt of payment or receipt if the booking is a part of your membership

3.4 The booking confirmation slip must be produced at reception on arrival of the reception to validate a booking 

3.5 All bookings are made in the name of a specified individual as set out on the booking confirmation. Proof of identity may be required. Bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable.

4. Conditions of Use

4.1 All hires and bookings are made subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use that may apply from time to time. These are available from reception and displayed at the Leisure Centre´s, and are issued with any membership.

4.2 If members rights are abused the membership may be terminated without notice. Membership is non-refundable

4.3 Choice membership includes a 2 hours in a week court hire per adult at no additional cost 

4.4 Non-members pay the guest fee.6 Guests cannot enter the centre without the member 

4.5 Members cannot bring in non-members.

5. Cancellation of bookings

5.1 A dishonour fee of the full price of the class will be applied to the members account if the class is not cancelled within 4 hours 

6. Non-attendance

6.1 Members whose bookings are part of their membership and who fail to attend for a confirmed booking will be expected to pay the standard facility rate. 

Lido Season Ticket Holders

  • Summer season tickets are valid for one season only and this period runs from April and to the end of September 
  • Winder season tickets are valid for one season only and this period runs from October to the end of March
  • Opening hours and season open and close dates may vary during this time and will be published on the website
  • The season ticket is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash
  • To get best value purchase your season ticket early in the season as pro-rata refunds will not be issued 
  • Season tickets are not valid for any additional opening outside of the advertised timetable 
  • Season ticket holders are entitled to use of the lido only
  • The customer purchasing the season ticket must be over the age of 18 years of age 
  • Lost season ticket can be replaced at the pool office for a charge of £5 per ticket
  • Season ticket holders MUST swipe their membership card upon entering the facility
  • The centre rules must be adhered to at all times
  • The promoter is Fusion Lifestyle, Unit 4, Bickels Yard, 151/153 Bermondsey Street, London SE1 3HA. Excludes employees, their friends, family and any partner agencies or associates of Fusion Lifestyle. Fusion reserves the right to extend or withdraw the offer at any time without notice.

BIG DAY PARTIES

  • Big Day Parties are available for children between 2 and 16 years of age.
  • All bookings MUST be paid fully at the time of booking.
  • Cancellation Notice: a) More than 28 days' notice - The party may be transferred to another day. A fee of £10 will be charged for this change. b) Notice less than 28 days - The party will only be transferred without loss if the original booked date can be re-booked for another hire.
  • For Pool Parties a lifeguard will be available for up to 20 children. If more than 20 children attend a surcharge of £15 will be made for the additional lifeguard.
  •  Lifeguards are not permitted to enter the water to organise activities. If a party organiser is required in addition to the lifeguards you should discuss with the leisure centre and a charge for this will be made.
  • Food is provided at selected centres. Please confirm your requirements when booking. At other centres we ask you to bring your own party food (including a cake), drinks and decorations. Some centres do not have facilities for food.  
  •  If you wish to take photographs or use video equipment during your party you must obtain permission from the Duty Manager and our disclaimer must be completed and signed in advance of the party.
  • Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your party to meet your party host.
  • 2 adults over the age of 18 are required to remain present throughout the party. More supervising adults may be required for Big Day Swim Parties for children under 8. Please check with the centre and confirm this when booking.
  • Our swimming admission policy applies at all times. Please ask a member of staff for details.
  • Socks must be worn for Big Day Bounce and Soft Play Parties.
  • Suitable non-marking trainers and comfortable clothing should be worn for Big Day Sports Parties.

Hillingdon Sport & Leisure Complex Big Day Parties

o All of the above parties unless stated are 45 minutes activity time followed by a further 60 minutes in an allocated party room for food. No extra time can be allowed in either the hall or pool or in the party room.

o Eating rooms cannot be allocated until the day of the party

o Food for all parties has to be purchased through our onsite Café provider at the additional cost of £4.50 per child for hot or cold food selection. Additional offers are available to cater for extra guests on request.

o A plain table cloth, plates, cups and cutlery are included if food has been pre ordered.

o You are more than welcome to bring any additional extras i.e. decorations, birthday cake and music however due to unforgiving changeovers decoration of the room, if preferred can only be accessed when your activity has commenced. 

o A Party Host will be provided for your party. Should you need any assistance with anything they will be more than happy to help.

o We strongly recommend that you ask your guests to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the party to ensure full use of the activity time especially for pool parties. 

o Full payment for hire is to be made at time of booking and a booking form must be completed.

o Empty party bags & blank invitations will be provided upon booking & balloons on the day.

o Parties will only be booked and confirmed when full payment is made.

o Full refunds will only be given if 4 weeks' notice is given. All swimmers will be tested for their swimming ability and must be able to swim 25m and tread water for 30 seconds.

o A maximum of 30 children are permitted for all parties but  we can cater for spectators.

o You will need to provide a ratio of 1 adult in the water to 3 children under the age of 8

o Please be aware that the pool inflatable is not suitable for anyone who suffers from weak or chronic bone or joint issues as the wet environment can create unplanned/irregular movements. 

o The Hirer will be responsible for all party guests for the duration of the party, not the party host

Oxford Sports Park

o Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion

o Offer is subject to availability and only valid at Oxford Sports Park

o Offer valid until 30.09.2018

o Person booking and all participants must register name and contact details before use of pitches

o Only 1 booking at this discounted rate - booker and all participants must pay full rate after promotional booking 

o Fusion Lifestyle reserves the right to restrict access to certain areas at any time during the promotion.

Swim School

Swimming Lesson Terms & Conditions

(A) Teaching Policies, Procedures and Parental Responsibilities

1. All Fusion Lifestyle Swimming Teachers are Swim England qualified and have the relevant DBS checks before they are allowed to teach. 

2. Swimming Teachers will take responsibility for pupils during their swimming lessons, but and parents /guardians are required to remain nearby (poolside viewing or designated viewing gallery) so that if required the parent / guardian can deal with toilet breaks or any behavioural issues. Fusion staff will NOT take pupils to the toilet. 

3. Parents/guardians must remain on the premises whilst the pupil is attending their swimming lessons. This is imperative in case of the unlikely event of a medical emergency, building evacuation or other emergency situation. Pupils must be collected promptly at the end of the lesson. 

4. Parents/guardians must never distract the teacher during a lesson and should direct all communication through the reception staff or the Head Teacher (if available). Parents/guardians should not to speak with a teacher during the period that lessons are in progress as it is dangerous and will distract the teacher from the supervision of the pupils in their lesson. 

5. Pupils can be refused entry to the lesson if they are more than 5 minutes late for a class, as it disrupts the lesson for the other pupils. 

6. A coloured swimming hat will be issued when joining swim school (stages 1-10) and new hats will be issued when transferring to the next teaching stage. Lost or broken hats can be replaced by purchasing a new hat from reception. 

(B) Pupil Illness 

1. If your child is unwell, we recommend that you do not bring them to their swimming lesson.

2. If your child has been ill with diarrhoea they should not attend their lesson. To protect others, they should not swim for at least a week after it has completely cleared up.

(C) Swimming Lesson Programme 

1. The majority of our 'learn to swim' programme classes are held over a 30 minute time slot (some advanced and adult classes might be 45 minutes to 1 hour) which includes time to take registers. 

2. Pupil to Teacher ratios developed in line with Swim England Guidelines. 

3. Fusion reserves the right to combine classes as short notice if necessary. 

(D) Swimming Lesson Dress Code & Hygiene 

1. All children should wear appropriate fitting costumes/trunks and shorts specifically designed for swimming. Baggy costumes/trunks can hamper movement. 

2. No jewellery should be worn during a swimming lesson. Religious or medical bracelets are allowed but should not distract the swimmer from their lesson. 

3. The use of goggles is permitted but pupils will be asked to remove them if they providing a distraction and when performing certain skills (unless there is a medical reason for goggles to be worn). We recommend the use of dioptre corrective goggles for anyone with a visual impairment. 

4. All swimmers should shower before their lesson. Please ensure that all hair gel/body lotions etc. are removed. This will help to keep the water clean. Make sure your child uses the toilet before the lesson commences. Please ensure your child showers after the lesson. 

(E) Pupil Progression 

1. All pupils on the 'learn to swim' programme work towards the "Swim England Learn to Swim Framework. 

2. Swimming Teachers continually assess all pupils' progression throughout the term. 

3. Progression of all pupils will be at the judgment of the swimming teacher and in accordance with the progression within the criteria of the "Swim England Learn to Swim Framework" 

4. Pupils will be moved up to the next class when they meet the skills criteria required and if there is adequate room in the next Stage for movement to the next Stage. 

5. Upon completion of a Stage, the parent / guardian will be contacted explaining that the child is ready to move up to the next Stage. 

6. Due to the continuous progressive nature of our programme, and the variety of ability levels within each session, we cannot guarantee a specific time slot on progression, as a space within the next stage may not always be immediately available. 

(F) Swimming Lesson Payment 

1. All fees for swimming lessons must be paid in advance of the lessons. 

2. Direct Debit payments are taken on 1st of each month. 

3. New joiners, taking the Direct Debit option will pay a pro-rata payment for any lessons which take place prior to the first Direct Debit being taken. 

4. We reserve the right to apply a joining fee where appropriate. 

5. Cancellations, freezes, and amendments to the membership must be given with one clear calendar months notice, given in writing via email at membership.administration@fusion-lifestyle.com or via your centres website, contact us page and filling and the relevant fields and selecting "amend, add my partner/family or cancel my membership'.

6. Failure to provide the full notice period to cancel your swim school when on Direct Debit may result in Fusion Lifestyle taking recovery action for the outstanding payment. 

7. Fusion reserves the right to change the price of swimming lessons at any time. Direct Debit customers will be notified in writing with at least 10 working days' notice of any change. 

8. For any failed Direct Debits, Fusion Lifestyle reserves the right to restrict access to the lessons until a suitable payment has been made for the missed Direct Debit Payment. Under these circumstances Fusion Lifestyle will not guarantee the same space on the existing lesson. 

9. Direct Debit payments include one lesson per week at the agreed Stage of lessons for the monthly Direct Debit subscription, and for junior lessons (under 16 years) access to General Swimming sessions (subject to pool capacity). 

10. The monthly Direct Debit subscription remains the same for each calendar month, regardless of the number of lessons that are delivered during the month. I.e. some months there will be five lessons, while most months there will be four. During December there will two or three lessons depending on the cycle of the year. Over a 12 month period, with 12 equal Direct Debit payments a total of 50 swimming lessons will be available to attend*. (* unless a lesson has been cancelled - please see section (H) below. Where payment is not made by Direct Debit, all lessons must be paid in advance and pupils will be removed from classes once advance payment has expired. 

(G) Changing and Moving Lesson 

1. You may request a change of time, day or Swimming Teacher and we will try to accommodate your request, provided a space is 

2. Swimming ability and speed of progression will vary depending upon the swimmer. 

(H) Pool Closure and Cancelled Swimming Lessons 

1. In the event of a pool closure we will make every attempt to contact our customers as soon as possible. 

2. Customers paying for swimming lessons will be provided with a catch up lesson to replace the missed session.

3. In the event of a planned pool closure you be offered an alternative class to accommodate your lesson.

4. Fusion Lifestyle reserves the right to cancel classes should numbers fall below our minimum numbers per group (50% of class capacity). If this happens you will be offered an alternative lesson of the same level.

5. If a pool closure is likely to affect swimming lessons on the long term, every effort will be made to offer space at another pool within the area. 

(I) Missed Lessons

1. Lesson fees are non-refundable where the pupil has either missed lessons or decided to withdraw from the programme altogether.

2. Lessons run consecutively, the lesson credits will be utilised as each lesson takes place regardless of pupil attendance (with the exception of pool closure/lesson cancellation).

3. In exceptional circumstances management may exercise discretion on refunds or credit notes but this would only be on production of a medical certificate or documentation from a medical centre, hospital or GP.

(J) Changing Teacher

1. We will use reasonable endeavours to provide the same instructor for each lesson within a course. However, relief instructors may be used without prior notification.

2. We reserve the right to appoint a new teacher at any time and may, at times need to provide an alternative teacher for a class or classes due to illness or for any other unforeseen circumstances. 

3. In the event a teacher is away for a long period of time we will try to keep the same cover teacher for the time period where possible. 

4. If a teacher is absent, the centre reserves the right to join classes together if considered appropriate and safe according to Swim England guidelines. We would always try to put a replacement teacher in place immediately however, if this is not manageable we would put the classes together in order to avoid the cancellation. This would be an extremely rare occurrence as additional teachers are usually available to cover any such eventualities. 

(K) Communication 

1. We like to encourage communication and welcome issues to be raised with our staff. 

2. The duty management team will be the people to resolve any poolside issues. Any problems or issues should be conveyed through them. 

3. Questions regarding the progression of pupils should be directed towards the reception staff that will be able to pass on the message to the relevant member of staff, who will then contact you to discuss the pupil. Please ask to fill in a swim school enquiry card. 

4. All parents/guardians are required to supply us with a valid e-mail address for quick communication purposes. This is essential so that we can inform you when your child is ready to move up a Stage of lessons. 

(L) Viewing 

1. Parents/guardians are not permitted on poolside but must sit in the pool viewing areas. Where pool viewing is on poolside, parents must not interfere with the lessons or distract the swimming teachers. 

2. We do ask that all spectators remain in the seating area in order to prevent any unnecessary distractions for the teachers and make every effort to ensure that all footwear is clean, wearing shoe covers when provided. 

3. It is difficult for the teaching staff to gain full attention from their pupils if they are being distracted; progress can be affected if children are not fully able to concentrate. 

4. No photography or filming is permitted on poolside or in the changing area without the prior approval from the Centre Management.

(M) Behaviour & conduct

1. Parents accept that their child is under the supervision, control and care of the Swimming Teacher, during the lesson period. Should the behaviour of the child be unsatisfactory and the class is being disrupted, the Swimming Teacher has the right to remove the pupil from the class. 

2. The teacher may employ reasonable measures as are necessary to maintain the smooth delivery of the class. We reserve the right to request that your child should be removed from classes should they persistently disrupt or are seen to be putting themselves or anyone else at risk during the class. If a child is removed under these circumstances and suitable alternatives arrangements cannot be made, no refund will be provided. 

3. If a swim school pupil causes the cancellation of a swim school session or individual class, we reserve the right to apply a penalty for loss of income for this activity. This will be administered and applied at the centre management discretion.

Sport & Leisure Rewards

1. The completion of a signed Sport & Leisure Rewards (hereafter referred to as 'the Rewards programme') registration form constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. These terms and conditions (including our Privacy Policy available at www.fusion-lifestyle.com) govern the collection and use of Sport & Leisure Rewards Points (hereafter referred to as 'points') and set out the terms of the contract between Fusion Lifestyle ("us/we/our") and our registered Sport & Leisure Rewards members (hereafter referred to as 'Rewards members'). Registered Rewards members can earn points on various purchases at the facilities managed by Fusion Lifestyle. Visit the relevant website or ask in centre for participating centres details. If you register as a Rewards member and use a Rewards card you accept these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse an registration if we have reasonable grounds for doing so.

3. The Rewards programme is open to:- Any customer using the facilities on a casual (pay as you go) basis as desired- Any members holding a centre membership card that gives discounted rates on single session usage.- Connections Card holders.Monthly Direct Debit members and Annual members are currently unable to collect rewards points on their membership payments or any additional spend.

4. We will set up a Rewards account to record points earned or redeemed by each Rewards member. Points are earned every time payment is made, but only on the production of a valid Rewards card at the point of payment.

5. Points collected may be used as payment for selected products and services at any of the leisure facilities listed. Products and services may vary by facility and are subject to availability. See website for more information. To redeem Points, the Rewards member must present their Rewards card at the reception desk of the relevant leisure facility at the time of booking or payment. From time to time Fusion Lifestyle may offer promotions subject to additional terms and conditions which will apply in addition to these terms and conditions. This may include offering Rewards members alternative products and services or adjusting redemption values.

6. All Rewards members must have a resident UK, Channel Island or Isle of Man address. We must be notified of any changes of address.

7. Rewards members must be 16 years of age or over.

8. Points have no expiry date but will be lost if a Rewards account is closed or the Rewards programme is superseded or ends. In the unlikely event of the latter, we will provide a minimum of 14 days notice to Rewards members at which point all Rewards accounts will be suspended or terminated. If we sell or transfer the Rewards to another company, we may transfer all of our rights and obligations under these terms and conditions without any further consent and may disclose or transfer all information we hold about Rewards members to a prospective or actual new owner. Such a disclosure or transfer will not alter the rights of Rewards members in respect of the use that can be made of such information by such other company.

9. A Rewards member will be able to receive their points balance by enquiring at the reception desk of any of the leisure facilities listed overleaf. We will correct a Rewards account if it is shown to our reasonable satisfaction to be wrong but, unless there are clear records showing this, our decision is final.

10. Points are personal to a Rewards account (registered to a sole member) and cannot be transferred.

11. Points can only be earned, held, or redeemed as set out in these terms and conditions. Points from more than one Rewards account cannot be combined for redemption of the same Reward. Points are not exchangeable for cash, merchandise or any alternative beyond the Reward available by facility listed on the website.

12. Sport & Leisure Rewards scheme is only for personal and consumer use and cannot be used for any transaction where the beneficiary is a business or the owner of a business to benefit the business.

13. Our Privacy Policy (which is part of these terms and conditions) can be found on www.fusion-lifestyle.com and sets out the information that we will gather on Rewards members, how a Rewards member uses his/her Rewards card and earns and redeems points, how this information will be used and who it may be shared with. If a Rewards member notifies us that they do not wish to receive related information from us or be contacted by us for promotional purposes in connection with the Rewards programme, we will comply with such a request within 24 hours. All members are asked to read our privacy policy.

14. Rewards Card is the property of Fusion Lifestyle and must be returned to us on request or destroyed when no longer valid for use. The Rewards member is responsible for the security of their Rewards card. We cannot be responsible for any unauthorised use of points or any lost or stolen cards or associated promotional vouchers.

15. We may close a Rewards account and in doing so will provide a minimum of 14 days notice to the Rewards member. We also reserve the right to contact a Rewards member to immediately suspend or terminate the Account and associated rights of the Rewards member if they are found to be in breach of these terms and conditions, if we reasonably believe that they have dealt with Points in a manner not permitted by these terms and conditions, if there is any theft from or misconduct in connection with us, if they supply false or misleading information to us, if they do not comply with the terms and conditions of use of the leisure facilities listed overleaf, or if they are abusive or offensive to any member of our staff. 16. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and will give the Rewards member a minimum of 14 days notice should we chose to do so. Earning or redeeming points on an Rewards account will constitute acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

17. In the event of any dispute, the leisure facility's General Manager's decision is final.

18. Our only responsibilities with respect to Rewards are set out in these terms and conditions which are subject to English law. We will only be liable to a Rewards member who suffers loss as a result of our breach of these terms and conditions and, if so, our sole liability will be to credit to the relevant Rewards account any points which have been wrongly deducted or should have been credited but were not. These terms and conditions shall not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.19.
