During the 30 minute long high-intensity classes, you'll push yourself and track your own results via a heart rate monitor fitted to your chest. Your aim is to push yourself into your Red Zone - 80-100% increased heart rate.

The training regime is the most efficient training experience and will leave your metabolism increased and still burning calories hours after the class.

INTENCITY Max (High Intensity Anaerobic Training)

Training designed to retain your heart rate above 80% of its maximum for the duration of the class! It is a combination of cardiovascular and explosive full body exercises delivered in a circuit or group training format.
