Introducing Ladies Fun Fitness...
A fun and welcoming class ideal for those who are new to exercise!
Our inclusive and supportive environment is perfect for women who may feel a bit nervous or unsure about starting their fitness journey, boost your confidence, and prioritize your well-being.
Starting on the 26th February and taking place in Modbury Memorial Hall 9.15-10.15am As well as only being £3.50 per week!
What to bring:
- Comfortable workout wear, for example leggings or shorts with a t-shirt, not jeans!
- A water bottle
- An exercise mat (if you have one)
Things to remember:
- Everyone will be a bit nervous, but everyone is in it together!
- If you go the wrong way or miss a beat, it doesn't matter, getting it wrong is half the fun!
- You can go at your own pace and have a break at any point.
